One of my most unforgettable creations was a cake I made for a Yom Iyun in a seminary. It added so much to the atmosphere and really enhanced the event. I still receive compliments about that cake—people remember it and talk about it years later.

Hi, I’m Miri Posen. I’ve always been passionate about baking and design. For me, a cake must be both stunning and unforgettable both in taste and in looks.
What started as a simple love for creating cakes quickly grew into something more. I went to study it professionally. cake design and techniques so I could take my work to the next level and give my clients an unforgettable experience.
Since then, I’ve been creating centerpiece cakes that turn heads, spark “wow!”s, and stay in people’s memories long after the last slice is gone. These are the kind of cakes guests keep talking about—years later.
